Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies hosted a scientific lecture titled “The Vision of the National Investment Commission for Strategic Projects,” attended by the Chairman of the National Investment Commission, Dr. Haider Mohammed Makkiya, with the participation of a number of specialists, researchers, and those interested in economic and investment affairs.

The lecture addressed the most prominent visions and directions related to strategic projects in Iraq, and the role of investment in supporting economic development and enhancing infrastructure, as well as reviewing future plans that contribute to attracting capital and activating development partnerships.

The lecture emphasized the importance of building an attractive investment environment that contributes to achieving sustainable development, with a focus on priority national projects that support the Iraqi economy and keep pace with the requirements of the next phase.
