Secretariat of the Supreme National Committee for Assessing Fragility and Stability Discusses Economic Challenges and Their Implications for National Security

The Secretariat of the Supreme National Committee for Assessing Fragility and Stability held a high-level meeting at the Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies, dedicated to discussing economic challenges and their implications for national security from the perspective of state fragility, and to exploring ways to enhance economic stability and support state institutions.

The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of the Committee, with the participation of representatives from a number of ministries and government institutions, including the Central Bank of Iraq, and the Ministries of Finance, Planning, Communications, and Agriculture, in addition to the Communications and Media Commission, companies of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, and the Iraqi Private Banks League, as well as an economic expert from the Foundation of Political Prisoners, who is a member of the preparatory team. The meeting addressed the problems and obstacles facing the ministries in supporting and strengthening the national economy and finding effective solutions through the Supreme National Committee for Assessing Fragility and Stability in Iraq.
