As part of efforts to build capacities and raise the level of security readiness, Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies hosted the activities of the third phase of the training program titled “Security Immunity for Women Working in Security Clearances,” during the period (12–15 April), organized by the Women’s Affairs Department in coordination with the National Office for Security Clearances at the National Security Advisory.

The implementation of this program comes as part of efforts to develop and qualify female personnel working in security institutions, by providing them with specialized knowledge and practical skills that enable them to address the security challenges associated with the nature of their work, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the national security system.

The program included multiple training modules, which focused on the concepts of security clearances and the challenges related to cybersecurity, in addition to methods of security fortification at both the personal and institutional levels. The program also addressed awareness of soft security threats targeting women in the workplace, along with the development of communication, leadership, and self-building skills.
