The Secretariat of the National Higher Committee for Assessing Fragility and Stability held a meeting, in coordination with the Artificial Intelligence Department and the Information Technology Department at Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies, chaired by the Secretary of the Committee, and with the participation of representatives from the relevant ministries, authorities, and specialized security agencies.
The meeting discussed the importance of employing artificial intelligence technologies in the intelligence field, particularly in data collection and analysis, in a manner that contributes to raising the efficiency of responding to security challenges. It also addressed the role of these technologies in confronting advanced cyberattacks that constitute a direct threat to national security.
This meeting comes within the national efforts aimed at keeping pace with global and regional developments in the fields of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, and working to adopt modern solutions that enhance the stability of the country and support its security systems.
