Women’s Affairs at the National Security Advisory Organizes a Workshop on Cybersecurity Risks in the Prison Environment

Within the framework of partnership and joint coordination among security agencies, and based on the outcomes of the First Security Conference held under the patronage of the Prime Minister, the Women’s Affairs Department at the National Security Advisory, in cooperation with the Cybersecurity Center, organized the first phase of a specialized training workshop for the period from 18 to 19 January 2026, at the halls of the Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies.

The workshop was titled “Cybersecurity Risks in the Prison Environment” and aimed to train a number of female employees working at the Ministry of Justice, as part of ongoing efforts to develop the professional efficiency of female cadres and to empower women in the fields of security work, particularly in aspects related to cybersecurity and risk management within correctional institutions.
