The Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies, in cooperation with the international German organization (GIZ), concluded the four-day developmental training workshop titled “Dialogue and Participation,” with the participation of a number of researchers from various specializations.

The workshop aimed to enhance effective communication skills, develop researchers’ capacities in managing dialogue, and adopt community participation methods in supporting decision-making. The training program included practical sessions and interactive exercises that contributed to developing teamwork skills and building trust among participants, thereby strengthening their ability to apply the concepts of dialogue and participation in different work environments.
