The Women’s Affairs Department Organizes the Seventh Workshop on Cybersecurity in Cooperation with the NATO Mission

The Women’s Affairs Department at the National Security Advisory, in cooperation with the NATO Mission in Iraq, organized the seventh workshop within the joint training program, titled “Cybersecurity.”
Experts and advisors from the NATO Mission participated in the workshop, in addition to a group of female employees from the National Security Advisory and personnel from the security agencies, with the aim of enhancing the skills of workers in government institutions and empowering them in specialized security fields.

The training program continued for two days, featuring presentations on the latest strategies for protecting systems and networks, and mechanisms for countering electronic attacks and breaches, as well as strengthening the capabilities of individuals and institutions in dealing with escalating digital threats. The workshop also focused on the importance of international cooperation to ensure information security and protect sensitive data.
